1. Employees of RIAS PLC and their immediate families, including relatives residing in an employee’s household and any person professionally involved with this prize draw, may not enter the prize draw.

2. Open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) who are aged 50 years or over. Those given a motor insurance quotation within the period 1st December 2011 to the closing date 31st December 2012 inclusive will be entered into the prize draw. Quotations will only be provided within 60 days of the policy start date. 1 quote per vehicle. No purchase necessary.

3. The prize draw will take place on the 18th January 2013. The first name drawn will win a car. The car will be as specified in this leaflet or an alternative model of the same value. RIAS reserves the right to offer a similar model.

4. If you purchase the policy within one week of receiving the quote you will receive a second entry into the draw.

5. The winner may choose to take a cash alternative of £10,000 instead of the car.

6. The winner will be notified by post within 14 working days of the draw date and must claim the prize or cash alternative by 18th February 2013. The result will be made available on the RIAS PLC website after the draw date.

7. The winner will be responsible for licensing and insuring the vehicle prior to collection/delivery.

8. RIAS PLC’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. RIAS PLC accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may occur in relation to acceptance of this prize.

10. RIAS PLC will treat your information as private and keep it secure but reserves the right to use the winner’s name, home town, photograph and comments in future publicity or promotional material.
