Renewing your policy

When the time comes to renew your policy we have a variety of options to make the process as easy as possible. We’ll automatically send you a renewal invitation shortly before your cover expires. Alternatively you can renew your policy online 24/7, or over the phone with one of our specially trained customer service advisors.

If you have any questions about your policy, haven’t received an automatic renewal invitation, or simply want to renew over the phone, make sure you contact the relevant department below:

Before you call

Before you get in touch with us, if you can, try to make sure you have to hand three of the following:

  • Your policy details
  • Your post code
  • The first line of your address
  • Details of your chosen payment method, such as direct debit, credit card
  • The number of bedrooms in your home (for home insurance)
  • Your car registration details (for car insurance)

 

Automatic Renewal

If you pay by monthly or annual direct debit, your cover will be automatically renewed. If you would prefer this not to happen, simply get in touch with us using the dedicated number for your insurance type.
