We are currently recruiting Full Time Outbound Sales Advisors, working 36.25 hrs per week Monday to Friday with the occassional Saturday shift (9am - 1pm).

Job Purpose:

Working in the front line of our sales team, you'll contact potential customers, quote and advise on cover and services, and highlight the best options for them. Throughout, you'll be delivering a high quality, personal service while talking frankly, overcoming objections and closing sales.

Dimensions:

Targets on contacts, quotations, and sales.

50-60 Contacts per day

40% Quote target

1-2 Sales Per Day

Productivity, quality and compliance targets are also in place.

Accountabilities:

1. Undertake outbound calls and subsequently advise, recommend and sell appropriate insurance products.

2. Increase customer value through promoting additional products and services.

3. Work towards business targets around performance, productivity and quality measures.

4. Ensure all calls are compliant in accordance with the RIAS call structure and sales process.

5. Maintain competence as required by the Training and Competence Scheme.
