Terms and Conditions
1. No purchase necessary. One entry per person. The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
2. The prize draw will run from 28th April 2008 to 30th June 2008 inclusive.
3. To enter the prize draw please enter and submit your email address on the competition page of Shearings Holidays’ website. By completing the entry form you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
4. Employees of RIAS plc and Shearings Holidays Limited may not enter this prize draw.
5. The first name drawn at random after the closing date will win a Shearings holiday to Lake Como in Italy for one/ two people to the total value of £1200.00. The decision of Shearings Holidays Limited will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The holiday must be booked by 31 August 2008 and taken by 29 October 2008.
7. There is no cash alternative and the winner is responsible for making their own arrangements for travel to and from pick up points, airport transfers and for travel insurance.
8. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date.
9. Neither RIAS plc nor Shearings Holidays Limited accept any liability for loss or damage that may arise in relation to acceptance of this prize.
10. Shearings Holidays Limited will keep your information securely and may share it with other people who have a legal right to it. Shearings Holidays would like to keep you informed about the promotional events, products and services offered by mail, email or telephone. Shearings may also sometimes share customer information with other carefully selected third parties or our associated companies who may contact you by mail, email or telephone to offer you their products and services direct.
11. The winners agree to participate in any publicity in connection with the draw, which may include the taking of photographs of the winner receiving the prize.
