RIAS named as 'Customer Care' Finalist in prestigious Industry Awards


Over 50s insurance provider RIAS is celebrating after being named as a finalist in the Customer Care Award category at the 2009 British Insurance Awards.
 
The specialist insurer has been recognised for its customer-centric culture and service innovation, including the launch of 'Voice of the Customer'. This is an online tool for all customer facing employees to feedback customer comments and insight in order to develop and further enhance the RIAS customer experience.  
 
Now in their 15th year, the British Insurance Awards showcase top class performance and innovation, rewarding achievement and raising standards across the industry. Being recognised by the Awards has become the benchmark by which the industry judges itself.
