RIAS Strengthens its Marketing Management Team with Two Important Senior Hires
New Head of Customer Proposition and Head of E-Commerce roles appointed
Specialist over 50s insurance provider RIAS has appointed Vicky Lincoln and Charles Johnson to key roles, as part of its senior Marketing Team. Vicky has joined RIAS as Head of Customer Proposition and Charles has been appointed to the Head of
E-Commerce position.
Vicky joins RIAS from Barclays where she held the post of Chief of Staff, Marketing, with responsibility across Barclays Retail &Commercial Bank and Barclaycard. During her five years at the bank, Vicky worked in senior marketing roles including Head of Marketing & Online Proposition for Barclays Asset and Sales Finance. Vicky will be responsible for developing RIAS’ marketing capability by delivering strategic initiatives and opportunities to generate market leading customer propositions.
On her new role, Vicky Lincoln said: “I’m joining RIAS at an incredibly exciting time and I can’t wait to further develop the growing brand’s marketing communications and product management capabilities in order to support its increasing customer base.”
With over 12 years of marketing experience, Charles Johnson comes to RIAS from Bradford & Bingley where he held the position of Group Head of E-Business. As a key member of Bradford & Bingley’s senior team, he led the online activity across the B2B and B2C brands, achieving annual operating plans, profit performance and implementing significant change to meet strategic objectives. Charles will be responsible for developing the overall internet strategy and e-commerce platform for the over 50s brand.
