Home Insurance Customers affected by Rok Building Limited Administration
Following the announcement that Rok Building Limited is in administration, we are currently in contact with PricewaterhouseCoopers to discuss the completion of jobs already underway with our customers.
Our insurers will be handling all claims of RIAS Home Insurance customers who are immediately affected by this announcement. Customers with urgent requirements will be provided with alternative assistance if necessary.
Our priority is to ensure that all our customers’ needs are met and that they receive the high level of service they have come to expect from RIAS. We work with a number of insurers whose suppliers will be able to support the work usually managed by Rok Building Limited.
