Topcashback terms and conditions

  • Cashback will not be paid if a saved quote is used. You must click the TopCashBack link, generate a new quote for a Rias car policy and make your purchase immediately and wholly online. This will ensure the policy is tracked correctly for you to receive cashback.
  • TopCashBack and Rias will start the validation process 90 days after the policy purchase date; if you cancel your policy within these 90 days your cashback will be declined.
  • Cashback should be confirmed and with you within a further 3 months, from the expiry of the 90 day period.
  • For all queries relating to cashback you should contact TopCashBack. All cashback will be issued by TopCashBack and not Rias.
  • Cashback rates are subject to change up and down and this offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

*Uninsured driver promise

If you are in an accident with an uninsured driver which was not your fault, you will not lose your No Claims Discount OR have to pay an excess as long as you provide us with the make, model and registration number of the other vehicle.
