Rias is giving away a 12-month subscription to tastecard (the ‘Offer’) to selected existing customers who renew their existing Rias Car Insurance policy (“Policy”). To be eligible for the Offer you must hold an existing Policy which is due to renew and have received an email from Rias yourself promoting this Offer. To qualify for the Offer you must renew your existing Policy directly with Rias either going online to the Rias website, contacting the call centre or allowing your Policy to automatically renew via a continuous payment method. You will not be eligible to receive the Offer if you purchase a new Rias Car Insurance policy via a price comparison or cashback website, via the Rias website or via the Rias call centre. You must be contactable via the email address we already hold for you, which you provided when you purchased your existing Policy. The Policy must be in force for 30 days after the renewal date to be entitled to receive the Offer, and all premium instalment payments must be up to date.
To register for your tastecard subscription once you have qualified for the Offer, we will email you with a code to activate your membership. We will email you within 14 days of you reaching the 30-day qualification criteria. You will need to click on a link supplied within the email which will take you to a tastecard registration page. You will need to enter your name and email address and input the code. This will activate your tastecard subscription. Alternatively, download the tastecard app and enter your details and membership code there. The 12-month subscription will start once you have activated the code. The Offer is limited to one code per person.
Use of tastecard is subject to tastecard’s own terms and conditions, which can be found at https://www.tastecard.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/corporate. The tastecard subscription is not transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Rias reserves the right to withdraw this Offer or amend these terms at any time but will honour the Offer on any eligible Policy that renewed before the date on which the Offer was withdrawn. Rias is not responsible for any technical issues which prevent any person from successfully renewing a Policy. Nothing shall exclude Rias’s liability for death or personal injury which occurs as a result of Rias’s negligence.
