Our CEO, Ant Middle, leads our executive team in the UK. They deliver the strategy behind our vision, including brilliant customer service and doing the right thing for our people, community and the environment.

Talking of community …

We actively support our community with four offices across England and teams around the UK engaging with local people and prioritising what matters to them.

Whether raising funds for our charity partner Air Ambulances UK, volunteering at Pride events or partnering with colleges and universities on apprenticeships, we aim to make a difference.

Going further on sustainability

We strive to reduce our carbon footprint and make our business more sustainable. It won’t be overnight, but we’re getting there.

In 2023:

  • 62% of repairs that qualified used at least one green part – undamaged, quality controlled, guaranteed parts salvaged from a car to fix another
  • Greenhouse gas emissions decreased by 46% in 2022 vs 2021
  • Electricity use went down by 47% against 2019
  • Commuting emissions dropped by 80% vs 2019
