When the time comes to renew your policy, we have a variety of options to make the process as easy as possible. If you're a car or home insurance policyholder you can use your online account to renew your policy at a time that suits you. 

How do I renew my policy?

As your policy nears its renewal date, you may be able to renew your policy online. Click the 'Your Account' link then click 'Manage Policy' in the 'Your Policies' section towards the centre of the page. You'll then be taken through the renewal process.

Automatic renewal

If you pay by monthly direct debit or have opted for continuous payments, your cover will be automatically renewed. If you don't want your insurance to automatically renew, please contact us.

If you haven't opted to have an online account and you want to renew your policy, you can contact us.

FAQs

How do I renew online?

Once you've logged into your online account, scroll down to the bottom of the page where you'll see a ‘Renewal Quote’ box. Here, you can view your renewal documents or ‘retrieve renewal’. If you retrieve your renewal you can view your renewal details and accept them by pressing ‘I accept’.

How do I make changes to my renewal?

To make changes to your renewal, you'll need to contact us.

^Car insurance from £183

10% of new car insurance customers paid £183 or less between 1st Oct – 31st Dec 20. Premium depends on individual circumstances, payment method and cover chosen.

^^Home insurance from £96

20% of new customers paid £96 or less (1st Oct - 31st Dec 20) for our combined buildings and contents cover. Premium depends on individual circumstances, payment method and cover chosen.
