Rias, in conjunction with The Motorists Organisation Ltd, is giving away a free Pre MOT (the ‘Offer’) to selected existing customers who renew their existing Rias Car Insurance policy (“Policy”).
The Motorists Organisation Ltd provides a garage directory and comparison service to enable you to find a variety of vehicle services including Pre MOTs, MOTs and servicing. A Pre MOT is a visual inspection of your car without using a ramp, to ascertain if there are any issues that may prevent your car passing its MOT - find out more about a pre MOT.
To be eligible for the Offer you must hold an existing Policy which is due to renew and have received an email from Rias yourself promoting this Offer. To qualify for the Offer you must renew your existing Policy directly with Rias either going online to the Rias website, contacting the call centre or allowing your Policy to automatically renew via a continuous payment method. You will not be eligible to receive the Offer if you purchase a new Rias Car Insurance policy via a price comparison or cashback website, via the Rias website or via the Rias call centre. You must be contactable via the email address we already hold for you, which you provided when you purchased your existing Policy. The Policy must be in force for 30 days after the renewal date to be entitled to receive the Offer, and all premium instalment payments must be up to date.
We will email you again within 14 days of you reaching the 30-day qualification criteria. You will need to click on the link supplied within this email to claim your free Pre MOT. We will then email you within 2 days with a code to use when booking your Pre MOT and MOT which will need to be entered before the booking process is completed. Codes are valid until 31 May 2023 and can be used for one booking only.
To redeem your free Pre MOT, you must also book your MOT at one of the participating garages. Your Pre MOT and MOT booking must be made as part of one booking on the same date at a participating garage through the following form link. You will not be charged by The Motorists Organisation Ltd for any booking made through their website and can cancel your booking at any time.

This Offer is limited to one person, is not transferable, non-exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Rias reserves the right to withdraw this Offer or amend these terms at any time but will honour the Offer on any eligible Policy that renewed before the date on which the Offer was withdrawn. Rias is not responsible for any technical issues which prevent any person from successfully renewing a Policy and/ or successfully redeeming a Pre MOT code. Nothing shall exclude Rias’s liability for death or personal injury which occurs as a result of Rias’s negligence.
